RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are in this together and your satisfaction is important to us. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item(s) for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery.
If you want to exchange your tee for a different color or size, that is not a problem. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com to let us know what you’re returning and what you would like to exchange it for. Be sure to include your invoice number and the new color and/or size you would like.
If your tee hasn’t lived up to your expectations and you’re not satisfied, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you’re returning, your invoice number, a brief description for the return and we’ll make it right.
Please return unworn and unwashed merchandise with a copy of your invoice, full name & contact information.
Once we receive your item, please allow up to 10 business days for a refund to be processed. We will credit the card used to make the original purchase.
